Rector's Farewell Message to Graduates

Dear Graduates,

You have been prepared for your professional life in the best way possible, thanks to the quality education you received at Eastern Mediterranean University, and you are now graduating as experts in your fields. I am proud of each and every one of you and wholeheartedly congratulate you on this success you have achieved through your dedicated efforts. At the same time, the contribution of your families, who entrusted you to our University and have always supported you, is undoubtedly significant in this achievement. I share their happiness and extend my heartfelt congratulations to them as well.

Following your graduation, wherever you are in the world and whichever field you pursue your careers, you will immediately realize the privileges of having the Eastern Mediterranean University diploma. In this new chapter of your life, I recommend you to always be open to learning and pursue your dreams by protecting your human values and adhering to ethical values. Never be afraid to take more responsibility and show courage. Reflect the quality education you received here in your work while following the innovations. You will face many challenges in your career. Yet, I strongly believe that just like our former graduates, you will always be successful in the face of any difficulties with courage, patience and perseverance.

All university staff, especially our academic staff, wholeheartedly share your success and happiness with you. Please do not forget your instructors and the Eastern Mediterranean University. Graduation Week Program

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal (Master's & PhD)

Time: 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Rauf Raif Denktaş Cultural and Congress Center

Ring services to the ceremony venue will be stopping at EMU 2 Dormitory and School of Computing and Technology bus stops  (at 12:30 / 12:45 / 13:15) 

Ceremony Badge Distribution

Before the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony seat number badges can be obtained from the Registrar's Officers at the Convocation Hall.

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal (Associate & Bachelor's)

Time: 5:00 p.m.
Venue: EMU Stadium

Ceremony Badge Distribution

During the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony seat number badges can be obtained from the Faculty Administrative Officers and assistants at EMU Stadium.

Graduation Walk

Time: 8:00 p.m.
Venue: Famagusta Development Academy (MGA)
             Buses will take graduates to the meeting point.

Graduation Ceremony (Master's & PhD)

Time: 4:00 p.m.
Venue: Rauf Raif Denktaş Cultural and Congress Center

Ring services to the ceremony venue will be stopping at EMU 2 Dormitory and School of Computing and Technology bus stops  (at 14:30 / 15:00)

Youtube Livestream

Graduation Reception

Time: 7:00 p.m.
Venue: EMU Beach Club.
Entrance is free and family members along with graduates are all welcome to the cocktail. Appropriate dress code is expected during the cocktail. 

Ring services to the reception venue will be stopping at EMU 2 Dormitory and School of Computing and Technology bus stops  (at 18:15 / 18:45)

Graduation Ceremony (Associate & Bachelor's)

Time: 7:00 p.m.
Venue: EMU Stadium

Entrance Time to the Convocation Area
Families will be admitted to the stadium at 5:30 p.m.
