Eastern Mediterranean University’s (EMU) Aegean graduates are meeting at the İzmir Anemon Hotel on Saturday the 24th of March 2018 at 19:00.
The night organized by the EMU Alumni Communications and Career Research Directorate (MIKA) is going to be attended by EMU Vice Rector for International Affairs and Promotion Prof. Dr. Cem Tanova. Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Minister of Labour and Social Security Zeki Çeler is also going to be attending as a guest of honour. Minister Çeler graduated from EMU’s Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2003. During the meeting, he will be delivering a speech to graduates.
In a statement regarding the event that will be attended by mainly EMU graduates from İzmir and nearby cities, EMU-MIKA Director Derviş Ekşici emphasized that they aim to meet with over 50 thousand graduates from all over Turkey within the scope of their “81 events in 81 provinces” project. Ekşici stated that with the project that started in Antalya and is continuing in İzmir they aim to come together with successful graduates and find collaboration opportunities. Ekşici concluded by stating that their events will be continuing in other provinces.
