On 28 May, 2021, Chef Alain Hostert from Luxembourg met with the students. Alain Hostert works as an instructor-chef at the École d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg and is the Continental Director of Worldchefs for Central Europe. Providing information about his own work and experiences, Hostert stated that he worked in the royal palace especially in Luxembourg and cooked for the king and queen. He also stated that he cooked for famous names such as Tony Blair, Bill Clinton and Bill Gates, and that he is the organizer of the World Cup held every four years in Hostert Luxembourg. At the end of his presentation, Hostert promised that he would come to EMU to hold a workshop after the pandemic.
