Eastern Mediterranean University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department 1987 graduate Gürcan Erdoğan is successfully employed at Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIBTEK) as a senior coordination board member. Following his graduation from EMU, Erdoğan started working at KIBTEK and since then, has successfully climbed the career ladder.
Erdoğan stated that the education provided in EMU has an international quality and the university equips the students with a vision and self-confidence along with theory and practice. Talking about the enlargement and development of EMU campus, Erdoğan put forth that the campus successfully caters for the needs and demands of students. Finally, Erdoğan stated that EMU graduates are successully employed at different places throughout the world, thanks to the education provided at international standards.
