This course aims to provide graduate students with the information and practices in project appraisal, life cycle costing, value management and envirnonmental management. This course covers a wide range of subjects that are required in the daily operations in the construction industry. Students will gain valueable experience through different types of projects which will require the application of life cycle costing methods, value management, envirnonmental appraisal and management and an overall project appraisal.

To further disseminate and develop the knowledge and skills in the essential aspects of marketing management, marketing strategy, and emerging New Economy marketing applications, with a focus on the development and execution of programs, audits, and plans. This course is concerned with the development, evaluation, and implementation of marketing management in complex environments. The course deals primarily with an in-depth analysis of a variety of concepts, theories, facts, analytical procedures, techniques, and models.

This course is designed to provide the participants with an understanding of statistics to enable them to use it appropriately in managing a business.
