For this reason, receiving education and training in construction and real estate management has become increasingly essential for building a profitable career in this field. Worldwide, the construction and real estate sector offers promising career opportunities for those equipped with the necessary skills and expertise. Simultaneously, the demand for well-prepared individuals is growing in countries striving to manage this rapidly expanding sector. Training qualified individuals to meet the sector's needs is thus of great significance.
The Non-Thesis Master's Program in Construction and Real Estate Management is a timely and well-prepared response to the demand for expertise in this sector. Admission Requirements
Admission Criteria for the Program
The admission criteria are summarized below:
- Educational Background: Applicants must have graduated from a higher education institution that provides at least four years of undergraduate education, either domestically or internationally.
- Official Transcript: Submission of an official transcript that includes all courses and grades taken during undergraduate studies.
- Copy of Diploma: Submission of notarized copies of university diplomas.
- Recommendation Letters: Two recommendation letters from academic or professional references highlighting the applicant's academic qualifications and potential for success in the field of construction management.
- ALES Score for Turkish Citizens: A minimum score of 55 in the ALES exam (Quantitative section) is required.
- Statement of Purpose: A clear and well-written statement explaining the reasons for choosing the program, career goals, and how this program aligns with the applicant's professional objectives.
- English Proficiency: Applicants whose native language is not English must provide proof of English proficiency through standardized tests such as the TOEFL or Eastern Mediterranean University’s English proficiency exam (if their prior education was not conducted in an English-speaking environment).
