Eastern Mediterranean University continues to deliver social media seminars for different institutions and organisations. One of the latest seminars entitled “Secure Social Media, Ethics in Social Media and Brand Management” was delivered by Eastern Mediterranean University Communication and Media Studies Faculty academic staff member and Institutional Communication, Social Media and Web Office Coordinator Senior Instructor Raziye Nevzat.
During the seminar which took place at TRNC Ministry of External Affairs conference hall, Nevzat stated that social media is an effective and important tool in delivering the information to relevant stakeholders. Nevzat also added that effective brand management will enhance the flow of information. Nevzat also touched upon the methods of reaching a wide group of recipients through social media accounts.
