Eastern Mediterranean University, School of Tourism and Hospitality Management 1995 graduate Geylan Dursunoğlu has been appointed as the General Manager of Regnum Carya Golf & Spa Resort Hotel in Antalya, where G20 Summit will take place.
Born in 1968, Geylan Dursunoğlu studied in Eastern Mediterranean University, School of Tourism and Hospitality Management between 1990 and 1995. Dursunoğlu started his professional career at the kitchen department of İberotel and then undertook various duties in different departments of the same hotel. Between 1996 and 1999, Dursunoğlu worked as the Assistant General Manager of TRNC Jasmine Court Hotel and then became the General Manager of TRNC Merit Crystal Cove Hotel in 1999.
Dursunoğlu then became the General Manager of Club Voyage Turtel Sorgun Hotel in 2001 and then went on to work at Sorgun Select and Belek Select Hotels again as the General Manager until 2003.
In 2003, Dursunoğlu was appointed as Antalya Regional Manager of Club Voyage and became the General Coordinator of all Voyage Hotels between 2004 and 2008. In 2009, he worked as the General Manager of Hilton Dalaman Golf Resort & Spa Hotel.
Having been pursuing a successful career following his graduation from EMU, Dursunoğlu is expected to successfully perform his current duty at Regnum Carya Golf & Spa Resort Hotel in Antalya, where G20 Summit will take place with the participation of very important leaders including the President of the USA, Barack Obama.
