"EMU is a Safe Campus"
Speaking at the meeting, Inspector Ozan Ateş stated that they have been conducting inspections in EMU for two days with a consideration of the COVID-19 related measures announced by the World Health Organization and the COVID-19 Pandemic Guidelines and Action Plan prepared by the EMU Pandemic Board. Noting that they monitored the measures and practices taken during the Approved Safe Training inspection on site, “The conclusion we have reached is that the measures are implemented in accordance with the decisions and the guide in many buildings and environments we have visited. While there are minor problems that can be eliminated in some places, we've decided that overall you're a safe campus for students, staff, and other stakeholders. Therefore, our opinion is that you are entitled to be certified as a COVID-19 Approved Safe Education Institution. Therefore, I wish you the very best.
Having signed many firsts in its history, EMU continues to stand out of the crowd as TRNC's first Covid-19 Safe Education Institution with this certification.
