The Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Psychological Counseling Guidance and Research Center (PDRAM) has started a work group on “Effective Time Management”
The first module of the work group aimed towards EMU students was recently completed. The first module of the work group ran by EMU-PDRAM expert psychologist Sıla Berfin Saklıca touched upon the subject of “Time Management and Awareness”. The second module included theoretical knowledge on “Approaches and Techniques of Time Management”. Following the second module of the work group which took place on the 10th of April 2019, the third and final module will be taking place on the 17th of April 2019. This module aims to ensure that participants apply the knowledge they have obtained in previous modules. EMU-PDRAM will be delivering certificates of participation to those who complete all modules of the work group.
