Istanbul Tehnical University North Cyprus (ITU-TRNC) Rector Prof. Dr. Cumali Kınacı visited Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Rector Prof. Dr. Aykut Hocanın on 23 November 2020 – Monday at 10:00.
During the visit, Prof. Dr. Kınacı wished Prof. Dr. Hocanın success for his period of service. Prof. Dr. Hocanın thanked Prof. Dr. Kınacı and also wished success to Prof. Dr. Kınacı who has also started his new duty at ITU-TRNC. Developing the existing collaborations between the two institutions, making new collaborations in the field of research and discussing the strategic goals, the two rectors emphasized the importance of making cooperation between the two Famagusta universities.
ITU-TRNC General Secretary Dursun Koç and Rector Assistant Aslı Kanan also attended the meeting. Prof. Dr. Hocanın presented a traditional Lefkara work souvenir to Prof. Dr. Kınacı. In return, Prof. Dr. Kınacı presented a Tulip board to Prof. Dr. Hocanın.
