Please be advised that the following decisions have been made as of 2013-14 academic year spring semester as regards membership of Student Clubs operation in EMU
- The membership records will be moved to an electronic environment.
- Student Clubs Executive Board Elections will be held at the end of each academic year, i.e. the end of Spring Semester
These arrangements are expected to ensure more up-to-date member lists of Student Clubs, which will be crucial especially before the Executive Board elections.
Furthermore, the timely establishment of Executive Boards will be hopefully lead to Student Clubs’ more active performance at the beginning of each new academic year.
In order for the successful implementation of this new procedure, it is important that all current members of Student Clubs (and new applicants) fill in the form located in the Student Portal by 15th of March 2014.
