University of Bologna Faculty of Law academic staff member Assist. Prof. Dr. Matteo de Pamphilis came to EMU offer lectures at the Comparative Law Postgraduate Program jointly carried out by the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) and the University of Bologna.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Matteo de Pamphilis is conducting the course "Tort Law in Practice: Legal Liability in Comparative Perspective" during the Fall Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year as part of the Comparative Law Master's Program. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the courses offered by the academic staff members of the University of Bologna within the scope of the Comparative Law Master's Program have been conducted online since the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Assist. Prof. Dr. Matteo de Pamphilis has become the first faculty member to come to EMU from the University of Bologna as part of the program, following the EMU Senate's decision to conduct face-to-face education starting from the 2021-2022 Academic Year Fall Semester.
