Communication and Media Studies
Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Communication and Media Studies Faculty, Department of Radio-TV and Film Studies students are carrying out a “Short Film Gala” on Friday, the 6th of January 2017 at 14:00. Taking place at the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies Purple Hall the event will be a screening of student short film final projects filmed under the counseling of director and producer Osman Sınav.
The best film crew will be chosen by a jury. The winners will gain the opportunity to work in Osman Sınav’s film crew in İstanbul. The gala will be attended by Communication and Media Studies Faculty Dean (a.) Assoc. Prof. Dr. Agah Gümüş, Department of Radio-TV and Film Studies Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahire Özad, Vice Chair Ahmet Goran, academic staff members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tutku Akter, Barçın Boğaç and Pembe Tölük, Bayrak Radio Television Corporation Director Meryem Çavuşoğlu Özkurt and other members of academic staff.
