Eastern Mediterranean University Tourism Faculty, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts academic staff members Kurtuluş Özbaşar and Hakan Açıl have been awarded a certificate enabling them to perform as jury members.
Following their participation in the “International Jury Course” organised by the World Association of Chefs Societies as part of the 14th International İstanbul Culinary Days, Kurtuluş Özbaşar and Hakan Açıl have been qualified as international jury members participating in international culinary competitions to be organised by the said association.
This prestigious qualification gained by the jury members will also enable them to act as a jury member in international gastronomy competitions organised by Eastern Mediterranean University.
