Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Doctoral Program (Turkish) (Ph.D., 3,5 - 5 Years)

The student who is accepted to the phd program, will do the thesis which provides individual progression and completes it succesfully. Otherwise, scientific studies which contains physiotherapy and rehabilitation assessments will take part.

Aims of this course are defining of clinical deciding and its ranks in different physiotherapy areas, clinical deciding strategies for in-patient and ambuant patients, case studies, hypothesizing by the literatüre, determining of assessment methods, gaining of problem solving abilities.

Passing along the new developments about special methods which are utilized in orthopedy, pediatrics, geriatrics and neurology and gaining the practice abilities are the aims of this course.This contains clinical studies and field studies.

The aim of the proficiency exam is to have both the oral and written tests of the student's knowledge about the basic subjects and the doctoral studies.

In addition to the Ph.D. learning objectives, it is aimed to develop new methods for the solution of complex problems in special topics in physiotherapy, to develop the ability of education and research and to increase the ability of presentation.
